BRING YOUR BABY IN FIRST AID TRAINING
We all know that learning first aid skills are valuable in life. Have you considered taking a first aid course for a long time but are put off by concerns about who will look after your baby?
Don't worry! CPR First Aid recognises the need for a program that allows you to bring your baby to our training sessions. As you attend our classes, we provide you with greater flexibility and accessibility.
- if learning first aid is something that interests you
- if the safety of your loved ones is of utmost importance to you
- if you want the sense of security that comes from knowing you are prepared for emergencies
Then we genuinely believe that you will not regret enrolling in these courses. Whether you're a stay-at-home mom or a working mom, you'll benefit from this unique program that allows you to bring your baby to these courses.
You may bring your baby as you fulfill the course and can leave anytime it becomes uncomfortable for you and your baby. Nursing and attending to your baby’s needs should be our primary concern.Â
Â
However, once you leave the class, you may forfeit your chance of getting your certification due to non-completion of the course.
We offer courses for HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and HLTAID011 Provide first aid.
Â
HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a Unit of Competency that provides the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This CPR update course is the most recent version of what is often referred to as the CPR Update or CPR Refresher. This Unit replaces the previous course codes HLTCPR201A, HLTCPR201B, HLTCPR211A, and most recently, HLTAID001.
Â
HLTAID011 Provide first aid, the most popular course we deliver is our industry’s innovative 3hr first aid course which is nationally recognized. Our team has created this course which is delivered in a 3-hour format (plus 3-5 hrs online theory completed before the training date). The course has been streamlined to cover a quick 10-minute written quiz followed by a practical-based learning and assessment session, which makes the session fun and an interactive learning environment for our clients.
Please check the calendar for ongoing promotion.
The course duration for both CPR and First Aid courses will last for 4 hrs. It usually takes 1.5 hrs. to complete HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation. And the remaining time for
HLTAID011 Provide first aid. Remember, you may get your certification once you fulfill the First Aid course.Â
Â
The course duration is entirely up to you. You can leave at any time if you need to, however if you’re unable to complete the online theory or the practical session we can still give you a statement of attendance and you can always complete the theory after the course if you did not finish it prior to the course.
Yes, you will be given certification if you fully complete the 4 hrs training! However, suppose unforeseen circumstances force you to leave the class due to some baby-related concerns; in that case, you will still be given a Certificate of Attendance as part of your effort to participate in the class.
