If you’re looking to train a small or large group, you have three options:
- We send a trainer to your workplace to run a customised session for your staff.
- Your staff visit one of our training rooms for a customised group session (10–18 people) — ask for available venues near you.
- Small numbers of staff can attend our normal public sessions.
We tailor each session to your industry and team, and make sure your first aid compliance needs are met at an affordable price.

How many people do you need for onsite training?
Onsite group training has minimum numbers. Pricing starts from $650 (CPR) and $990 (First Aid) for up to 10 participants — request a tailored quote for larger groups.
Which courses can you deliver onsite?
Any of our accredited courses, including HLTAID009 Provide CPR, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID012 First Aid in Education & Care. Our most popular is a streamlined 3-hour first aid course (plus online theory completed beforehand).
Where do you deliver workplace training?
At your site across VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA — or your staff can attend a private, customised session at one of our venues.

What is HLTAID011 Provide First Aid?
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is a nationally recognised unit of competency that teaches participants how to recognise emergencies, perform CPR, manage injuries and illnesses, and provide first aid care until medical assistance arrives. The course follows Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
Which Course Do I Need: HLTAID011, HLTAID009, or HLTHPS006?
The correct course depends on your role and workplace requirements.
HLTAID011: Provide First Aid is the standard workplace first-aid qualification.
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation focuses on CPR only.
HLTHPS006 Assist Clients with Medication is designed for support workers assisting clients with medication.
Many healthcare, disability support, childcare, and community workers complete both first aid and role-specific qualifications.
How Long Does HLTAID011 Certification Last?
HLTAID011 certification is generally recognised for 3 years from the date of issue. Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines recommend renewing CPR skills every 12 months to maintain competency.
What Is the Difference Between HLTAID011 and HLTAID009?
HLTAID011 includes CPR training, along with a broader range of first aid responses, casualty management, and emergency care. HLTAID009 focuses specifically on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). HLTAID011 includes the CPR component.
Do I Need Previous Experience to Complete HLTAID011?
No. There are generally no formal prerequisites. The course is suitable for beginners, students, workers, volunteers, parents, and anyone wanting to develop first aid skills.
Is HLTAID011 the Same as Senior First Aid?
Yes. "Senior First Aid" is an older industry term that HLTAID011 Provide First Aid has largely replaced. Employers still use the older terminology when describing first aid requirements.

How far in advance should we book workplace training?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead for on-site sessions, though we’ll always try to accommodate shorter notice where possible.
Do you provide equipment, or do we need our own?
We bring all necessary equipment, including manikins, AED trainers and first aid supplies — nothing is required from your workplace.
Can we mix course types in one group booking (e.g. some staff doing CPR, others First Aid)?
Yes — we can run combined sessions covering different courses for different staff members on the same day, where numbers allow.
What happens if we need to reschedule a group session?
Contact us as early as possible and we’ll work with you to find a new date — see our booking terms for specific timeframes.
Do you cater for remote or regional workplaces?
Yes — contact us with your location and we’ll confirm availability and any travel considerations for your area.
Can staff who’ve already got a current certificate join a group Express Refresher instead?
Yes — we can include Express Refresher options in a group booking for staff with a current, active certificate.
