As a student with us, your wellbeing is important. You will have access to qualified trainers, assessors, and dedicated support staff throughout your course. These professionals are here to assist you in achieving your learning goals and to provide support where needed.

Financial Wellbeing

  • Services Australia: Through Services Australia, eligible VET students may be eligible to access payments.

Counselling & Mental Health

  • Kids Helpline · 1800 55 1800: Free 24/7 phone, webchat and email counselling for youth aged 5–25.
  • Lifeline Australia · 13 11 14: National access points and crisis lines offering mental health guidance and immediate support.
  • Ted Noffs Foundation: Offers drug and mental health counselling, youth drop-in centres, plus tailored programs for First Nations youth.
  • Beyond Blue: 24/7 support for anxiety, depression and suicide prevention.

Culture- or Demographic-Specific & Youth Schemes

  • Youth Off The Streets: Supports First Nations and multicultural youth across NSW/VIC/QLD with culturally tailored services.
  • Youth Action: The peak body representing young people and the services that support them in NSW — advocates for youth needs, including domestic violence awareness and engagement in training.
